We are Avianza, Spanish Poultry Meat Association*, an interprofessional organization with 25 years of activity, which brings together more than 65 associated companies in Spain, and which defends the interests of our sector both in our country and in the international market.
Avianza represents more than 90% of the companies linked to the poultry sector, both chicken, turkey and other poultry. In total, we represent more than 5,000 farms and production centers, 281 cutting and processing plants, which directly employ more than 40,000 professionals.
Our objectives also include the consolidation of the poultry sector as a benchmark for quality and professionalism in the foreign market in order to promote our exports, thanks to the work and responsibility of all of us. We are also pioneers in promoting quality, environmental, consumption promotion and animal welfare measures in Europe, to which we are fully committed and which also make us an example of sustainable production for both distribution chains and consumers.
We are an association that seeks to benefit our members by promoting quality measures, the environment, and encouraging consumption.
