This contest is organized by the Interprofessional Organization of Chicken Meat Poultry of the Kingdom of Spain, (PROPOLLO (which will be referred to hereinafter as Avianza), with domicile Interprofessional Organization of Chicken Meat Poultry of the Kingdom of Spain, and with NIF G-82062225. The rules of this contest are available to users at (pdf link that will provide us with technology).

FIRST.- Period of participation and validity

1.1.- The contest begins on February 11 and ends on February 28 inclusive:

SECOND.- Legitimacy to participate and exclusions

2.1.- This contest is aimed at natural persons (non-legal entities), under 18 years of age with authorization from their legal guardian/manager, over 18 years of age, legal residents in Spain, who meet all of the requirements established in these rules.

2.2.- All natural persons who do not meet the requirements of point 2.1 will not be able to participate.

THIRD.- Awards

3.1.- The prize object of this contest consists of FIVE (5) prizes:

– ONE (1) gift card for each ONE (1) of the FIVE (5) winners.

3.2.- Any other type of additional concept not expressly contemplated in these bases is excluded.

FOURTH.- Participation mechanics and winner selection

4.1.- The participation mechanics will be as follows:

The participant will fill out a form in which they will upload the purchase ticket for chicken, turkey or quail worth at least 7 euros and the recipe for their dish cooking chicken, turkey or quail.

All entries in accordance with these terms and conditions will be entered into the prize competition described above.

4.2.- The winner of the corresponding contest will be published on the following dates:

4.2.1.– On March 2, the FIVE (5) winners will be published on the contest landing page https://avianza.org/mes-del-amor-concurso/

This competition will be carried out through a jury, an Avianza jury who will select the winner of each card. ONE (1) winner for each card. Likewise, TWO (2) substitutes will be chosen for each card. The substitute will replace the respective winner in case of incomplete or incorrect identification, non-location or non-compliance with the requirements set out in these rules, among all participants in this mechanism. In the event that the substitute does not meet the requirements set out in these rules, Avianza will declare the prize void. During the validity of the contest, and once it has ended, Avianza will exhaustively review the participation of users, eliminating those who do not comply with the conditions of these bases.

4.3.- Those participations that are outside the validity period will not be taken into account.

4.4.- A single user may only participate once in each contest. If you participate more than once, only your first participation will be taken into account. The participation of the same person through different profiles is prohibited. Those participants in respect of whom there is a well-founded suspicion or it is proven that they have used false accounts to fraudulently increase their chances of obtaining various prizes will be automatically eliminated from the contest.

4.5.– Avianza may require the winners to provide relevant documentation proving the age of the minors, as well as the parent-child relationship. In the event that the winners cannot prove these aspects, Avianza reserves the right to withdraw the prize.

FIFTH.- Publication and contact with the winner. Award ceremony

5.1.- Once the contest has been held, on the dates stipulated in these legal bases, the name of the winners will be published on the contest landing page. https://avianza.org/mes-del-amor-concurso/

Avianza will be put into contact with the winner through an email to the email address used by the participants in their registration. This email will be sent from [email protected] on the dates stipulated in point 4.2 of these legal bases. If after 6 calendar days that date, any of the winners have not responded to said email, they will lose the right to the prize, passing it to the corresponding substitute. The same procedure will be followed if any of the winners do not accept the prize, or if they do not comply with the requirements established in these rules. The reserve winner will have 4 calendar days to contact Avianza via email, which will begin counting from the moment your name is published on the contest landing page. If the incident is repeated after resorting to the reserve list, the prize will be void. The name of the substitute will be published in the terms previously indicated only in the event that it is necessary in his capacity as substitute.

5.2.- Once the winners have contacted as indicated and sent all the previously requested information, Avianza will send the gift card by regular mail.

SIXTH.- Prize conditions

· The prize is non-transferable.

· The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

· The marketing and/or sale of the prize or the right to obtain it is prohibited.

SEVENTH.- Limitation of responsibilities

Avianza is not responsible:

· Of the services that third companies must provide to the winner of the prize of this contest.

· Of infringements in which the participants may occur related to intellectual property rights and similar or any other type.

· Incidents that may occur while enjoying the prize.

EIGHTH.- Reservation of rights

· Avianza reserves the right to delete those comments and/or participations that it considers offensive, degrading or in bad taste, for Avianza or for third parties. Your decision will be final and the only criteria to make this selection will be your own.

· Avianza reserves the right to terminate all participants who commit the aforementioned acts and for whom there are reasonable reasons indicating that they have violated the rules of the draw. In the event that said participants have obtained a prize, in the event of such infractions, they will lose their right to it. In this context, the violation of the terms and conditions includes any type of deceptive or fraudulent act, in addition to any action carried out through automated systems, and which therefore is contrary to the principle of equality between all contestants.

· In the event that this contest could not be carried out, either due to detected fraud; technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of Avianza, and that affects its normal development, Avianza reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it, without the participants being able to demand any responsibility.

· Avianza reserves the right to make modifications or add successive annexes on the mechanics and prizes of this promotion as long as they are justified or do not harm the participants, and are duly communicated to them.

· Avianza reserves the right to declare the prize void in the event that there are reasonable grounds to believe that a participant has violated any of the terms and conditions of the draw, without the possibility and/or/for right to make any claim.

NINTH.- Other considerations

Users will be responsible for their own comments and/or publications, exonerating Avianza from any responsibility derived from the content contributed by said users.

Publications with sexual, violent, denigrating, racist, discriminatory, defamatory, offensive content will not be accepted, nor will it be accepted that may offend the sensitivity of an average person or that incite illegal and/or immoral behavior. Likewise, publications that infringe intellectual and/or industrial property rights, that attack the Avianza image and/or brand, or that infringe any other type of third-party right will not be accepted. In any case, Avianza reserves the right to discard publications and exclude from participation those users whose publications show inappropriate content.

TENTH.- Image rights and intellectual property

Participants automatically consent by participating in this draw to the transfer, use, publication and reproduction throughout the world of their image, name and surname, in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including TV, Internet, Social Networks or any other means of whatever nature during the duration of the contest and on subsequent dates for informational or corporate purposes as long as these are related to this promotional action, without this generating the right in favor of the participant to receive any compensation for it.

Participants agree to publish original content, also agreeing not to violate intellectual and/or industrial property rights. Otherwise, Avianza is not responsible for any infractions that the participant may have committed.

The winners transfer to Avianza the rights to the publications made for the sole purpose of publishing the entries and communicating the results of the contest. All these rights may be used under any Avianza advertising format, as well as in any media, including television, Internet, analog and digital media, or in any written media without any compensation.

ELEVENTH.- Advertising and processing of personal data

In compliance with data protection regulations, you are informed that the personal data provided by the participants will be incorporated into a personal data file owned by Avianza, for the management and administration of the contest, for the awarding of the prize and for the communications indicated in the following section. The transfer of personal data to participate in the contest will imply the express and unequivocal consent of the participant, owner of the data, for its processing by Avianza under the following terms and purposes:

1. Development of the contest and awarding of prizes.

2. Publication in online and offline media, press releases, newsletters, social networks, as well as the media specified in these bases.

Users who have provided their personal data may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, requesting it in writing.   [email protected]  (indicating in the subject “Avianza Month of Love contest”).

TWELFTH.- Trademark rights

Participation in this contest does not imply in any way a license over the Avianza brand, its logos or any of the rights registered by its legitimate owner. Participation does not in any case imply authorization by the owner of the brand for its subsequent use in any case or situation except pure participation in this event. Participants are solely responsible for any misuse of the brand and its logos. Any infringement committed, or impairment thereof, will give Avianza legitimacy to initiate the judicial procedures it deems appropriate in defense of its rights.

THIRTEENTH.- Applicable legislation, acceptance of the bases and jurisdiction

This contest is governed by legislation. Participation in the contest implies full acceptance of these rules.. The winner may be asked for a written document accepting all the terms and conditions of the contest. All conflicts that arise in application of these bases will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to the jurisdiction that may correspond to the consumer by law.
