Reserved for a select number of diners (prior confirmation essential), you will be able to enjoy a unique experience for the first time at this event, where Spanish birds will be the true protagonists of a gastronomic feast.

With the immersive recreation of its first restaurant, Avianza will have the chef Lucía Grávalos who has worked with great Spanish chefs who are internationally renowned such as Martín Berasategui, Dani García or Álvaro Salazar. A great opportunity to enjoy his "fun traditional cuisine" based on his grandmother Ana Mari's recipes.
She and her team will be accompanied by a complete staff made up of maître, sommelier and waiters, whose objective will be to accompany you as a diner on an original evening to taste an exceptional menu made with poultry products of Spanish origin, such as chicken, turkey, pularda, turkey... Everything This accompanied by exclusive wines.
Next to her will be Verónica Zumalacárregui, journalist and television presenter. Since 2015, she has been known for her programs specialized in travel and gastronomy, including “Las Rutas de Verónica”, broadcast on La 2 de TVE and “Me voy a comer el mundo”, broadcast in Spain through Cana Cocina, and in Portugal. , USA and twenty-five Latin American countries.
In 2021, he directed the “Star Producers” program, starring the 3 Michelin star chefs of our country and their suppliers. She has recently published her first book, "Around the World in 15 Women", a written documentary in which she narrates her experiences with women from all over the planet.
In 2019 he received the award for Best Gastronomy Dissemination at the DIARIO DE AVISOS Awards in Tenerife, and in 2020 he was awarded the Best Food Travel Series award at the Taste Awards in Hollywood. Verónica also presents events, showcookings (Javi Estévez*, Javi Aranda*) and gastronomic competitions (Best Rice in Spain, Best Joselito Ham Croquette, Asian Culinary Awards, etc.).
